We received 3 gift cards for AMC theaters that we can no longer use at the 2 theater complexes closest to where we live because they are now part of the Regal Entertainment Group. These cards have never been activated and have a cash value of $300. We have asked for a refund of the total amount or would accept new gift cards from Regal for the same amount ($100 per card). We have written to the company but have had no response. The toll-free number is totally automated, so we are unable to talk with anyone to resolve this issue.
