DON’T USE HOMEAWAY

Booked property #463**** in Garden Grove, California. Shortly after leaving, I receive an email requesting $250 US for a cracked window. I immediately respond saying the window was one of many broken items in the house. So the owner just keeps that portion of our damage deposit. Owner had very poor guest skills

Upon arrival at our destination in Costa Rica, we discovered that the outside lounges were in poor condition and not usable. The main table was supposed to have a glass insert but it had been broken and not repaired leaveing a very sharp edge on the table.
