Order a towel rack on July 10th, they took the money right away as if today July 28th still no product. When I check it still says Processing. Ive tried calling but am always on hold no one seems to answer the call. I could have ordered this on Amazon an received it in 4 days, sure maybe cost more but at least there is SERVICE User's recommendation: Try someone more reliable.
