Company won’t respond or send me my money back after return

I purchased a faucet from Decorglobe. It took about 6-8 weeks to arrive. Once I received it, I noted quickly that it wasn’t going to fit my existing shower set up. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU CAN EVEN GET A HOLD OF THEM!!!! STILL THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE! PLACED ORDER ON 7/31 still NOT Arrived. No shipping info. They told me it would be shipped 8/26.
