Misleading customers / MTPL case
On the day of the accident (not my fault), I arrived at the American Insurance House with a coordinated notice. I filled in the required forms and had the option to choose repairs or monetary compensation. I ask the employee if it is possible to find out the amount of compensation and then decide whether I want money or repairs. The woman said that I could choose to pay the money and as soon as I found out the amount (upon receiving the sms), I could contact them and request repairs. After 8 days of receiving the sms and concluding that the amount is inadequately low, I call the ban and of course I get an explanation: "I don't know who told you this, but we don't practice such things. Explained that in principle it is possiblebut the decision has already been made and in my case they will no longer exchange for repairs to correct for the money that will be credited to my account. What adds is that the amount is 70% of the amount, which is not enough for the purchase of original parts and it is not counting the damage to the rolling part, which was not initially inspected. In principle, the quality of repairs and parts is immediately suspect. When I asked the reason for the refusal, the answer was that it would not work and everything. I do not recommend this office to anyone, employees at all can not be trusted, openly lie in their faces and smile, but then treat it as the worst enemy.
