Ordered a washer and drier from samsung xpo logistics was to install the appliances. When they arrived I gave them plenty of room and cleaned up from the old appliances. While I was upstairs and the delivery crew was down stairs installing the appliances I heard one of them say go ask where the water shut off was. I noticed water spraying from the faucet sink that was located between the washer and drier. I went over and shut off the water to the whole house. They told me the faucet came loose it was not loose it and broke. I told the crew I was running to the store to get a shut off to fix the leak. When I got home the truck was gone. I asked my daughter what had happened they told her the delivery was done and they left. I now have a wet basement a broken faucet and they also hooked up the drier with a flexible drier vent to my old hard vent but just left it laying on the ground. I called xpo as soon as I got home to find out what is up they told me they would touch base with me within the next 48 hours. I told them I have no water and neither appliance is able to be used but the install is done really. User's recommendation: Do not have xpo deliver anything.
