HUGE Company – Little to no Customer Service

My husband has been dealing w/MEar since 2015, with their lack of Customer Service, Reliability or Dependability is a Disgrace. We are in NC (Forest City location) . As recent as today, Sept 4 2019 my husband had an appointment scheduled well over 2 weeks or more yet goes to the Forest City location only to hear the person he needed to see had sickness in family . No phone call - no consideration AND no reschedule date. How unprofessional that is BUT this is a NORM and not an Exception. PATHETIC We have spent THOUSANDS of $$$$ for his Hearing Aids - This is INEXCUSABLE> I will not recommend or myself EVER deal with this Company .. Dee from North Carolina
