The back support springs of our Lane Queen Anne recliner have poked through the fabric next to our back after only 2 years of normal use. Wrote to Lane, was told that upholstery is only guaranteed for 1 year, even though it was ruined by hardware which is guaranteed for 6 years. User's recommendation: Caveat emptor.
