Failure to disclose important information

I received an offer from xMobile that I would be able to use free sms / calls and 1GB of Internet for 3 AU$‎ per month. I agreed, but when I left, suddenly the difference from the previous tariff had to be returned, although ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS SAYED on the phone and just told me how great xMobile is, etc. - It's not hard to pay, but the customer is being misled!
