I found out SearsPartsDirect has No Association with the American Company Sears Corporation. This is some third party website in some third world country and I don't believe they are legit. They told me the parts I need were in stock and my order would ship within 24 hours. After 5 days and no shipping I find out my order stated all of my parts were on backorder. I contacted the Maytag facility in Illinois, and they stated my parts were in stock and no drop ship order had been placed on my behalf. It took 2 hours to get them to cancel my order and give a refund, nobody spoke good english and they were all rude. User's recommendation: Stay Away.
