Being billed for services which are not part of the Medicare not TriCare for Life. This is the 3rd time. I think the entire aim is scam people out of their money. The worst part is total lack of communication for this group. User’s recommendation: Hospitals should stop using this company until they fix their billing practices.
This company does not pay there claims and is unwilling to work with customers . Cancelled my policy without telling me ,Terrible customer service from Christina, Claim to be a Christian run company .I would say there the worst company out there for health insurance, no wonder nobody takes them..
