I tried to cancel the order because it took so long over a month but it still came a week later so I didnt open them an sent them back know I want my money return
After purchasing the Whirlpool over the stove microwave including installation, the unit arrived but without installation. Rather than fixing the problem they caused, their only solution was to refund our money which only further inconveniences us and wastes our time. This is NOT good customer service! My advice to others is to take your business elsewhere.

Although I could read this before placing an order in this store. So the same history, promises to postpone delivery. There is already a deadline for returning the money (now 10 working days) and, of course, there is no money in the account. The police will probably also need to be involved.
