STAR TRADER STORE, CA STORE 541 IN ANAHEIM, CA I’m a passholder and arrived early to buy a DarthVader purse for my daughter. I couldn’t fine it in the store and went to a clerk to ask (the store was empty) she was folding bags. Her attitude was unpleasant when I ask for the purse. Herresponse was “we don’t have anymore and I don’t know when or if we’re getting more”. I then asked for a StarWars gift card and she replied “I don’t have any, go to the other register”. I did and the reception was even worst. Two clerks doing nothing but talking. The redhead’s response was “we have none”. So I go back to the other clerk who said she had one Moana. So I purchased one for $75. She handed me the card with the receipt. I then asked do you sell an envelope or something to put the gift card in. She picked up the phone and called the other clerk asking “do we have envelopes for gift cards”? She hangs up and says, “we’re out and have been out of those for a year and a half”! OMG, what kind of business are you running. This is suppose to be the “HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH” all I got today was ATTITUDE and unable to make someone’s birthday HAPPY!
