I purchased a sofa on September 2021 and it is doing major squeaking noises that is to embarrassing to let company sit on on it. I purchased the Alstate insurance and referred me to the manufacturer because it will be a year on September 2022. Alstate informed me to contact the manufacturer. Please help asap.
