Several weeks ago I wrote to complain about the woeful condition of our national flag on display un the car park of your Redcar store and received a reply assuring me that something would be done. Nothing has been done. The same tattered, filthy rag is still hanging by its threads from the same pole. Much as I feel a sense of pride when I see our national banner flying I do think that, as a sign of respect for your customers, if you have no intention of replacing it then you should just simply take it down.
