Could only return 8 of the items I purchase but the shipping cost the same. Customer service chat was rude they answered the question I asked and then disconnected. So unprofessional User's recommendation: Too expensive. Shop elsewhere. I’m.

Yes, I don't understand why I should pay for a return if it was their fault, even if I spent thousands in this store. They need to be loyal to their old customers and make customer service more polite and customer-centric.
