two of the three I bought for my Milwaukee impact driver died within six months. All I got from them in response was a small discount on my next purchase. Unreliable products and very dissatisfied customer. User’s recommendation: Do not buy from this company.

Order # 23520 ordered 2-12 volt Milwaukee an 1-18 volt Milwaukee battery the 18 volt will not charge.I have sent 3 messages no one still has gotten back in touch with me.i would like to know if they stand behind the product that is sold.
Can’t speak with a human and they will not pray labels for returns even if the battery is totally defective, and will not even lock into the tools!!! Avoid this company, as if you have a problem, it is completely YOUR PROBLEM!!! Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!!!
