I purchased this washer on or around May 27,2021 at a local home improvement store. We installed it June 1st. The machine is very noisy and should not be. I have complained to where I purchased it and they told me it was considered a used machine. No action was taken. I spoke with representatives from whirlpool and was told it was a noisy machine so I will have to live with it. Another rep told me it was a quiet machine. Well I am very mad at whirlpool because I believe there is something wrong. Besides that it has a small crease in the front I noticed but was willing to overlook it. But not anymore.
