Waiting for Refund – No answer

Hello, I am waiting for my refund since over a week and have not heard from you. First Lufthansa India told me to contact Lufthansa Canada as the origin of my booking was there. I have tried multiple times to contact the Canadian Lufthansa helpline and waited more than 45 mins each time and still unable to reach. Please get back to me ASAP about my refund. I need it to postpone my ticket as there is a current travel ban in Canada for Indians. Booking ID: kzungb Thank you mfg Amit
