It was midnight when we heard someone pounding at the door. My husband and I were laying in bed watching a movie turn up to (30 ) . I jump out of bed and went to the door. I said "is someone out there."and the reply was"yes we need you to come out here and speak to you."I said who are you he replied front desk. I dressed and put my cat in his kennel and answered the door. Too my surprize this 5'9 large big buffed latino man wearing a laquinta black collared shirt and pants with No Mask no name tag. behind him was a 65 70yr old 5'1'man in a security white shirt and in his right hand was a night stick hitting his left hand palm and No Mask and No tag Now the big man with No Mask was right in my face when I opened the door. I ask if there was a problem and the large man said we have had multiple complaints and it is midnight.I tried to apoligize and but he shut me down and repeated himself loudly bostriously and in a threatening manner. Again I tried to explain to him my husband is hard of hearing . but again he shut me down and got even louder( like someone throwing their weight around)at this time I am was highly humiliated and embarrassed by being called out so everyone in the hall could hear what he was saying at Midnight) by the time he was done I felt like about 1inch high and I shut the door I was in shocked I have never been treated so bad. I was threaten intemidated because the night stick was drawn. I was talked down to and I felt like he just been beaten down. Verbally abused I did not get a good night sleep I was scared for my life. that he would come back and I cried all night. I feel this was way out of line and over bearing . It was a nightmere in Laquinta Hotel. My husband is a very sick man with colon cancer .We were there because he had a procedure that day. He didn't need this extra stress. These action were uncalled for and out of line.
