Unauthorised transaction via debit card

I did receive msg notification mentioned there was a transaction happened for GRABPAY-EC on 03.07.2021 where I didnt do any transaction. Id called to CIMB informed abt the issue however CIMB asked to call GRAB for clarification ad the transaction done by their side. Unfortunately, customer service number for Malaysian not working. I called to +603 **** ****, however IVR replied with that call is unauthorised. User's recommendation: Provide better service for customer service hotline.
