When I try to open neat, it says it doesn’t have a database that supports the program. Nothing in my computer has been changed, so it makes no sense.
Asked for help and all they could say is update program over and over at an extra charge of almost 200.00 per year, but that is starting next year. What the *** do I do this year! User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your time and money unless you have it to throw away.
