Unable to solve issue of wireless contract

Update by user Jul 13, 2021 AT&T did nothing to resolve my issue so I paid off my phones along with a fee and changed to T-Mobile Original review posted by user Jun 13, 2021 I will be leaving ATT due to horrific customer service for an issue that I have been trying to solve for almost a year now. I have been on hold hours at a time and spoke to many representatives for hours trying to get the offer I was offered last August. I don't want to waste any more of my time. Not only that, but I also spoke to customer service managers in your store and sent a letter for arbitration over three months ago and nothing. You can look at my call history. It's simply cheaper to pay off my phones and go with another carrier. Let me know the amount I have to pay to get away from ATT. I will tell any that will listen what a rip off your company is. User's recommendation: stay away from ATT wireless.
