My package got delivered to my old address where I lived about 10 years ago. I have tried to contact new look for advise and cannot seem to find a way. I called - number not working , sent a message on Twitter and Instagram but no response and even used the number on the website for whats app. Still no response. I eventually went to the address to retrieve my parcel but the residents said they havent received it. I am so frustrated that I cannot reach New Look for support
