Tried to reach customer service

I tried to reach customer service by email as I wasn't able to get them on the phone. Their email can't be found on the web. They didn't reply to the one I sent via Pissed Consumer either. But I got my issue solved by one good employee of theirs on the chat. User's recommendation: use the chat and insist.
