Laptop return

Received. RMA return form, filled it out and put inside box. Mailed out by UPS on 2/23/21 they received it 2/26/21. Haven’t heard back since they got it if they will repair or replace.

I purchase a refurbished Dell laptop upon receiving it I turn it on it came on for about 5 to 10 minutes and the screen shut down I have no picture or anything
