I’m disposing of my Pfaltzgraff. Dishes will chip if you look at them crooked

Need to use gift card with my debit card

Well Ive ordered dishes wanted more. Wanted to use a gift card along with my debit card and cannot get ahold of anyone at Pfaltzgraff. I am not sure I wasnt to order anymore now. Ive loved this company and would like to keep living them.

Exchange policy for chipped stoneware

We used to be able to find a factory outlet store and exchange our chipped dinnerware new… can’t even find such outlets… their website is awful. Their definition of outlets is 3rd party sellers like home depot

Don’ t buy The Merisella pattern dishes!

This is my second set of pfaltzcraft dishes. My first set I had for almost 20 years and am very satisfied. I purchased the merisella pattern for my new house.
