My car was stranded, a failed MAF Sensor, a little after 1200 am on the 8 of April near Death Valley. Agero and USAA putzed around until 8am on the 10th. In the meantime vandals inflicted more that $7000 in damages to my car and theft of personal effects. I am suing both in small claims court for a variety of tort concepts including Negligence, Negligent Hiring/Supervision and Breach of Contract failing to mitigate damages. I dont think they have a chance and love dragging their sad, sorry *** out to the middle of the desert in July. I do t think they have User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
