Severely Overcharged!

I have lived in this house for almost 10 years and never had a bill over $200. Their plan should have saved me money but somehow my bills were always higher. My last two bills with Gexa were $380 and $400! The last I checked they had me at $.14 kw off plan, because it had expired.... Read more➤
You can’t even get a human in the US to fix problems. Their call center completely messed up my move, several times. Did not transfer service at the right date and turned off my existing service on the wrong date (even though I explained everything in detail twice and asked them to confirm what they were going... I had your energy company for a very short time Acct # 256****-*, I cancelled and went with another company. I paid the early termination fee plus my final bill, which I have a copy of. You changed me back without my permission and opened a new account #286****-*. I did not authorize the switch!!!

Two defects in a row.

I had to be disappointed with this store twice, and in a short amount of time. For Christmas I decided to buy an MP4, went to AZ Electronics and watched the MP4 player NASH MP4-40, features, price and so on. everything was satisfied, I bought it and went home, where I concluded that I had bought a defect - the new device could not even be turned on. The next day I went back to the store, where the salesman finally agreed to change the devices and concluded that the first was a defect. So I got a new player NASH MP4 - 902KR. After a while I had to conclude with indignation that the new device is also a defect that restarts on its own... Just tap a little to switch the song or put it in your pocket. Normal? The question arose - AZ Electronics sells defects only in Cesis and only MP4 products, or everywhere and everything? I will definitely ask this question when I go to the store today...
