Ticket rules not explained! Have to call Customer Service to get details. Calls dropped! Refund refused!

My mother passed away on June 19 in the USA. Her remains were to be transported to Montenegro shortly after my flight, which I booked via Luftansa online on 6/24, and was to travel on 6/27 with a return on 7/5. While at the visitation on 6/26, I was told my mothers remains would now arrive in Belgrade on 7/4 and in Montenegro on 7/5, the day my flight back to Chicago. I tried rebooking for a later date but couldnt get a ticket via Luftansa for the dates i wanted. Called many times on 6/26, my calls were dropped. I canceled and Luftansa refuses to refund under unusual circumstances. User's recommendation: Take your business elsewhere, other airlines are very flexible and more humane.
