**This store is currently under investigation from Google for malpractice as of 3/8/2021** Took my phone in November 2020 for a battery repair. Battery actually worked fine until January 2021 when my screen went black out of nowhere. I could still hear notifications but saw nothing on the screen. These stores have a 90 day warranty so I took it back in and they diagnosed it. They said I should hear back within 24 hours. 24 hours later I didn't hear back from them so I went inside to check in. They said they had tried a new screen but the phone wasn't powering on and that it was fully disassembled and they didn't know what was going on. I was concerned and asked them to keep me up to date. Monday goes by and nothing until a random late evening text the following day Tuesday conveniently 30 minutes before they close saying my phone is repaired and ready. I had to log into a website to actually see what they did to my phone: new screen AND new battery for some reason. No comment or notes. I pick it up the next morning. No comment from the tech. "Here you go". I see they put a new screen on. Phone is at 100% so I take it and go. Over the day I notice the battery is again draining like it did in November. I take some phone calls and notice the phone gets hot near where the motherboard is. I get home and start looking it over. I notice tiny nicks and scratches on the side where my volume buttons are. I study the screen closer. It's not flush into the frame. I contact corporate who in turn contact the manager Dru at this location. He says he would initiate an exchange through Google. I had questions on this. Mainly why wouldn't he just replace my device himself if his store damaged it? He now refuses to answer as you can see in my screenshot. I need this phone for work and now I feel it may fail at any moment. Since no one is willing to help I had to open a case with Google. They are currently investigating this location. I would strongly urge folks NOT to take your device here. They damaged my motherboard and refuse to own up and replace my device.
