service maid provider

I have been following up regarding a maid provided by them, who stole from us for the past 2 months. They just keep on passing me around to different agents. Who always ask the same questions. Poor service, unpleasant communication

On Wednesday 8. 05 I placed an order with a courier to New Zealand (ce840871311ee). The email you received with your order number has been spammed. When I called, I was denied service without a barcode. On Thursday at 9. 05 I gave the courier a package without a bar code, replied that everything was fine. When I called again on Friday afternoon, I was informed that since there was no sticker today, the shipment was not shipped. I wrote a letter of complaint. I called again on Monday to make sure the shipment was sent out, I said yes, but said that it would not be delivered on Monday (13. 05) either.
