REPORTED THE DAMAGE LATE, NO EXCUSES THOUGH YOU WERE ON HOLIDAY IN OVERSEAS ! (No one knows the arrival date of sea shipping which approximately takes about 1-2months, some cases may even longer ! They expect their buyers waiting the parcel at home during these period of time. ) OUTRAGEOUSLY, ARGUED THAT YOU EXCEED THE PERIOD OF CLAMING THE REFUND, REGARDLESS THE DAMAGE WAS DUE BY THEIR SHIPPING AGENT DURING THE GOODS IN TRANSIT‼‼ WHAT I’D BEEN OFFERED ~ COMPENSATION OF RM100 WHAT WERE THE LOSSESS TOTAL RM849 WINE CABINET = RM543 SEA SHIPPING = RM269.20 HANDLING,ETC =RM37 WHAT WERE I GOT IN THE END ~ A USELESS WINE CABINET A LESSON OF NOT PURCHASING WITH THIS TYPE OF IRRESPONSIBLE AGENT ANYMORE!
