There is no Customer Service in Southern California with the same hours as the Co. Sooo no TV 2night, very Sad

Havent had web mail for days. Customer service agents, useless. Actually, botched it further. Continue to tell me I will be contacted. Cannot get through. Phone, interminable. Support chat, cant get in. The quote from EarthLink, Oops, unable to connect. Absolutely no recourse. User’s recommendation: Don’t.
Email was not working properly for several days, once contacted the issue was resolved without the need for additional contact. User’s recommendation: Contact them by phone at 1-88*-***-****.
I cancelled my Earthlink account that I had. Today I got a bill for $232.64! I am not about to pay this bill because I didn’t use Earthlink for a month! My normal bill was only $57.64 and because I cancelled mid month, I shouldn’t even pay that! No one ever told me about any early termination...
