Terrible. Don’t care. Spend money elsewhere.
Beware their terrible delivery. Their truck actually ran out of gas on 10/8/18. I had moved my furniture out on Monday morning. They could not reschedule until Wednesday 10/10/18. Even then, they are three hours late. Their customer service can do nothing and does not care. I was actually told by “Paul” that he wasn’t customer service; he was a salesperson assisting customer service. You would think that a truck running out of gas and being unable to deliver would compel them to prioritize your delivery two days later, but they just do not care. I advise to take tour hard earned money elsewhere where you are valued as a customer. I would give their delivery and pathetic customer care line zero stars if possible. I will be advising every person I know to avoid Steinhafels.
