Terrible customer service and faulty product

Very poor customer service and faulty product. I received my p30 headphones after well over the promised time, they were in transit for nearly 2 months after taking about 3 months to start the shipping process. When I received them the main multifunction button was not working consistently. I had to press up to 30 times before it would respond, making the double tap functionality basically unusable. I contacted Winnergear customer support who responded initially very quickly. The only option they offered was a refund (no consideration of repair or replacement) and said because I'm outside the US I'd have to pay for return shipping. When I pushed back on this being unreasonable for a defective product they stopped responding. No response to several further messages over a number of weeks. Very disappointing!
