Received confirmation email and tracking info. Then the order (if there was one) went right back to their address in Miami. No answer to my emails, no exobone headphones…they got me User’s recommendation: Scam- Total Rip Off.
The Exobone headset will not charge. It is about two years old. This website is terrible – I cannot submit my complaint. User’s recommendation: I was happy with the product until now. It will not charge or turn on. I would be sure to buy headphones from a company that has easy access to customer service.
