Customer's online store "Denmark shoes" boots. I paid at i-bank on the same day. After a week, the store informs me that, unfortunately, such boots are not available in their warehouse. Asked to send his account number and promised to immediately refund the money back. I sent the account number and now for three weeks waiting, but the money as is not it is not. A call after two weeks, I was told that the documents had already been transferred to the accounts and that every day must be in cash. I expect, as is not, it is not. A call three days later again, said about the same, but I had to clear the accounts and send a reply to the email. Promised to do. It took a week, neither the answer nor the money in the account. Customer service has undergone recent criticism.After three weeks of waiting, the store no longer answers my phone calls at all. Therefore, be careful when ordering shoes in this online store and paying before receiving the goods. As customers, they are lost forever.
