Sucky customer service.

I own rental property. One of my tenants cleans a ladys house every month. The lady writes her a check. The tenant signs the check over to me as part of her rent. This has been going on for over 10 years. I have always signed the check and deposited it into my account. Now all of a sudden it is a big deal. The bank manager had the nerve to say to me that I might be trying to commit bank fraud. BANK FRAUD!! Really? I wasnt even trying to cash the check. I wanted to deposit it. What the heck is she even talking about? I am still reeling over this. Oh, and it was only $300, and I had over $1000 in my account. Help me Jesus! User's recommendation: Find another bank. Run, dont walk somewhere else.
