325,000 reward points earned taken away from me

I had earned 325,000 hotel points with them by staying on their properties. When I went to use it a few months back, they had taken them all away from me. Customer relations seem to not really care and won’t reinstate them. User’s recommendation: Give your business to other hotels like Holiday inn Express.

Desk clerk called demanding I pay for damages of room being Destroyed I was at at chck in was missing sink handle to turn on water ,an was not very well cleaned ,smelld of mildew/mold AT AROUND 3
