Made a $380 back to school purchase online for my boys on 8/11/2018. They started school on 8/16/2018 so I decided to pay for overnight shipping. 8/13/2018 The day the order was suppose to be here,it wasn’t. So I called and they said they would refund the shipping. 8/16/18 (first day of school) still no clothes. I call that day and I was assured that the order had been shipped. 8/18/2018 which was a Saturday I called and I was told that Rue21 voluntarily CANCELED my order. No email,no call,..Nothing! I asked what kind of company just cancel a customer order and doesn’t tell them? They then informed me that they canceled the order on the 14th. So basically every CS Rep I spoke to out of Guatemala lied to me. So they informed me they would’ve refunding my payment in 10 business days. This was 8/18/2018 today is 9/6/2018, and I still don’t have my money. NEVER ORDER FROM RUE21.com! Don’t bother calling CS bc they are no help. Don’t bother calling corporate,because they will not pick up. You guys have lost a long time customer
