Original review posted by user May 22, 2018 ordered a back brace from them that did not work for me, and it was 1400$, was told it was covered by medicare and my other insurance.. then i get a bill for 450$. i have tried to return it several times, as my dr said it was not what i needed, and he could make me one for 100$ that would work better.. then today i get a collection notice from collection agency. called and told them i have been trying to return but they will not accept it. im sending back anyway, as i have one that was custom made for me, and i have not even worn the other one. like i said it did not give me the support i needed, as it flared out at the bottom which is where i have my back problems. going to call medicare tomorrow and tell them i returned it and let them get the refund and advise them to stop doing business with them, as their return policy is worthless and no reason for medicare to even allow them to sell a 25$ brace for 1400$. total rip off and would not advise this company to anyone for any of their products, as they over charge, since medicare pays for it. as it is just a stretch cloth that has hard plastic in back and on sides.. not what i needed..
