Resolved: Parcel not collected, labels not sent, no contact number anywhere

Update by user Apr 29, 2021 The labels were sent after initial support enquiry but not in time for the collection. Original review posted by user Apr 29, 2021 O not use DI am quite angry! I used your service to send a parcel abroad (to Poland) but I didn't receive the labels and the courier couldn't pick up the parcel as a result. There is no telephone contact number or email anywhere on your pages - it is outrageous! None of the links in your emails work, for example 'Cancel collection' etc, neither does the collection number or the tracking number so I can't even fill in the form on your support messages. I expect a full refund quickly and I won't be using your company again and I will leave a bad review if you don't resolve this immediately. You are wasting everyone's time by providing poor service. More like zero than hero... Maria Klimek User's recommendation: Do not use.
