Update by user May 04, 2021 Assistance in replacing core material. However, not sure if it was caused by manufacturer. But they did help resolve my problem.. Update by user May 04, 2021 I was unable to change reviews for Hancock and Moore. But their customer service deserves 5 stars. Update by user May 04, 2021 Contacted by Hancock and Moore Furniture. They were very courteous.Not sure if it was their issue or problem, but they did assist in resolving.We would buy their furniture...
