I am frustrated because every time I call, I can't get a real person to answer my call. I placed a work order for a problem with my kitchen sink (it was clogged). After a lot of attempts, I finally got a representative. He told me that they were having trouble trying to get a plumber out to us and that we could call one and the charge would be reimbursed.
