Recliner failed within weeks, no care attitude of lane.

I purchased a Lane Stallion Big recliner. Bolts in the reclining mechanism snapped off. Seller unable to find repair service. Offered me 50 bucks if my son could fix it. Lane sent bag of bolts. None of the carriage bolts required. The replacement bolt bent when installed. Preventing use of the mechanism to place second snapped bolt. Been ignored by retailer and Lane since. I get more angry as time goes by. Good thing there is a 7 year warranty. It may be that long.
