we went to store to buy 2 bags of skinny popcorn and most of 2 bags were not popped..know that skinny pop is better than this…talked to customer service..could hardlt understand her talikng.

Tallink employees
I wanted to make a complaint about a Tallink employee, specifically an employee working in a shopping center in Spice at the Tallink center, and I don't know make a correct ticket reservation, thus not taking into account the wishes of customers! The situation was that in July we booked a trip Riga-Stockholm for 8 people, and specifically indicated that we wanted to travel with Romance, as well as paid for it, because this ferry has different prices than the Festival. We bought 4 B cabins on the set date of August, because we were told to choose from odd dates, because the ferry "Romantika" leaves on those dates. Trusting a Talink representative, we did just that. Arriving at the right day of travel, when registering we found out that we have been registered on the ferry Festival, because in August the Festival arrives on odd dates, but Romance on even dates! The problem was that the employee was incompetent and did not know that Romance on odd dates from Melbourne in July, but in August it happens on even dates! We were very disappointed! The specific employee who made such a misbook to us was Egija C.
