I got an email saying that my rebate is ready back in Jan, but I did not see it and forgot about it for a while. The rebate actually can expire. I suddenly realized that I did not get the rebate and went back to look for email. I did find the email, then it says the rebate EXPIRED. So, I cannot claim it at all, even after I called the company. Not willing to help. User's recommendation: Do not fall into the rebate trap from Alcon. They are playing tricks. Or you have to be on it, so you don't lose it. I will not buy Alcon lenses anymore.
