Purchased 3k of laser hair removal. The staff said they could not book for more that 8 months out from time of purchase. Requested a refund and they never get back. Case number 00087001. Terrible customer support. They lie and scam you into purchasing services they never intend to give due to poor scheduling. Should sue them in small claims court if they do not issue a refund. Been attempting to get a refund for months. User's recommendation: Stay away even if they promise things to you.
