Problem with finance agreement
I have made several calls to my local manager of Rooms to go in Mobile AL, concerning a purchase I made in Feb. The salesman entered the wrong finance information. After several calls to the store the manager accepted the responsibility and changed the finance agreement on what he said was :"their side ". It has been 3 months now, and my terms have not changed on "your side" as he calls it. He said to contact you concerning this issue. Please look into this problem. I have already sent one email with no response. I have a ticket number assigned to this issue from the email I received. It is ticket number 218781 started April 7th.
